How much is postage?
Postage is free anywhere in the UK!
The European rate is £15 for Tracked delivery of 1-3 puzzles.
Additional customs duties and/or VAT may need to be paid depending on the recipient country. These will get charged directly to the customer once the shipment arrives so please check the rate before purchasing.

The UK and Europe.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days.
European delivery is estimated to take 7 working days.
Please note that Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19 so it may take a little longer. If you haven't received your order within two weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation though please get in touch.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been posted you’ll receive an email notification.
My puzzle arrived incomplete or damaged, what do I do?
That’s not what we like to hear. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to find a solution.
What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your puzzle, but we do have a return policy in place if you change your mind. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the puzzle to start the return process. To be eligible for a return the puzzle must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Once we receive the return we will email confirmation of the refund, minus the original postage.
